Cinco De Mayo

Food Mexicana....  Cinco De Mayo presents a fine opportunity to showcase delicioso food with traditional Mexican flare.
Gabe actually cooked this two egg "pancake" with cheese a few mornings back.  Served with freshly made pico de gallo and avocado.

GAPS refried beans with white navy beans, cilantro lime chicken, salsa fresca, guacamole, sour cream, and shredded cabbage.  Cumin, plenty of fresh squeezed lime, bunches of fresh cilantro, and a good sea salt are the secrets to authentic flavor.  Incroyable!

(Non-GAPS) Food for Life sprouted corn tortilla's cut and fried in Tropical Traditions palm oil.
This was fun.  Learned how to open our first Thai coconut here, and made a fresh pineapple and coconut milk smoothie for dessert.
