Psalm
19
The heavens declare the glory of God;
And the firmament shows His handiwork.
2
Day
unto day utters speech,
And
night unto night reveals knowledge.
3
There
is no
speech nor language
Where their voice is not
heard.
4
Their line has gone out through all the earth,
And their
words to the end of the world.
In them He has set a tabernacle for the sun,
5
Which
is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber,
And
rejoices like a strong man to run its race.
6
Its rising is from one end of
heaven,
And its circuit to the other end;
And there is nothing hidden from its
heat.
7
The
law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul;
The testimony of the Lord is
sure, making wise the simple;
8
The statutes of the Lord are
right, rejoicing the heart;
The commandment of the Lord is
pure, enlightening the eyes;
9
The fear of the Lord is clean,
enduring forever;
The judgments of the Lord are
true and righteous altogether.
10
More to be desired are they than
gold,
Yea, than much fine gold;
Sweeter also than honey and the
honeycomb.
11
Moreover
by them Your servant is warned,
And in keeping them there
is great reward.
12
Who can understand his errors?
Cleanse me from secret faults.
13
Keep back Your servant also from
presumptuous sins;
Let them not have dominion over me.
Then I shall be blameless,
And I shall be innocent of great
transgression.
14
Let the words of my mouth and the
meditation of my heart
Be acceptable in Your sight,
O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.
Romans 1:
God’s Wrath on Unrighteousness
18 For
the wrath of God is revealed from heaven
against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in
unrighteousness, 19 because
what may be known of God is manifest
in them, for God has shown it
to them. 20 For
since the creation of the world His
invisible attributes are clearly
seen, being understood by the things
that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are
without excuse,
God’s Spirit Poured Out
28
“And it shall come to pass afterward
That
I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh;
Your
sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your old men shall dream dreams,
Your young men shall see visions.
29
And also on My menservants and on
My maidservants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days.
30
“And I will show wonders in the heavens
and in the earth:
Blood and fire and pillars of smoke.
31
The
sun shall be turned into darkness,
And
the moon into blood,
Before
the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.
32
And
it shall come to pass
That whoever calls on the
name of the Lord
Shall
be saved.
For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance,
As
the Lord has said,
Among
the remnant whom the Lord calls.
Solar Eclipses are heavenly SIGNS of impending Judgment.
The Lord’s mercy triumphed over judgment
in Nineveh. Cuneiform tablets record a
total solar eclipse, Bur-Sagale, over
the Assyrian City of Nineveh at the time of Jonah. God gave Nineveh who shared
history with Babylon and their goddess Ishtar a sign in the heavens that
invoked fear and dread. The Jews
consider eclipses of the sun to be a sign to the Gentile nations. The shadow cast over the land speaks of the
judgment to come unless there is a turning from what God considers abominations
and a turning to the Lord, repentance of the heart. To Nineveh, the total eclipse was a dire
warning of a king overthrown, floods, and destruction of the wall of the city. Ninevah was a beautiful city of the ancient
world and holds the description of the Hanging Garden of Babylon that was
listed as one of the 7 ancient wonders.
God told Jonah, “Cry out against it; for their wickedness has come up
before me.” The people of Nineveh
appeared ripe for the message of the reluctant prophet Jonah as he entered the
city and began to walk the breadth of it, “Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be
overthrown!” To Jonah’s dismay, Nineveh
repented at his cry out against it. "The people of Nineveh believed God, proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest to the least."
The Pharisees and Sadducees asked Jesus for a sign from heaven. Jesus answered them, "You know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot the signs of the times. A wicked and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign shall be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah."
Jesus became sin for us. The wrath of God, the judgment fell upon Him. As he gave up His Spirit, the light of
the sun was covered by a curtain of darkness.
A solar eclipse spoke of the judgment of God upon Jesus for all the sins of the
world. The earth shook. The veil of the temple that separated us from
the Holy of Holies was torn in two. Jesus took the judgment and gave us the
Mercy Seat. Look upon the Son of Man
lifted up, hanging on a tree. Mercy triumphs over judgment only through Him who
hung cursed on that cross. The eclipse covered the sun in sackcloth for three hours, from the 6th to the 9th hour of the day. Son of God, Son of Man, descended to sheol and on the third day, rose from the dead, just as Jonah lay in the pit of a fish's belly at the bottom of the sea for three days and was then spit out. Jesus Christ conquered death and gives us life. Have you received His gift of eternal life?
99 years ago a solar eclipse passed over
the United States from coast to coast, from the northwest to the
southeast. The date was June 8th,
1918.
Near the 8th of Tammuz 5678.
Tammuz – a Babylonian Goddess, her name
taken from the time of Israel’s Babylonian exile. The month of Tammuz is a reminder of Israel’s
return from the Babylonian exile to their homeland, Zion.
Tammuz is at the beginning of
summer. Watch the fig tree….
The sun turned to darkness is an ominous
sign of the judgment to come. Ezekiel 8 warns of God's jealousy for His house that is polluted with all the abominations of the Babylonians. The women of Israel are weeping for Tammuz. They have loved foreign gods and forgotten their first love.
Their love for the pagan worship among
the nations of their exile and the participation in their idolatries brings
judgment. Where there is no repentance,
the Lord turns His ear from their cries.
If He will not spare his own people…. (Ezekiel 8:18)
The holocaust is a microcosm of the
Tribulation. The nations are intoxicated
with the wine of New Babylon. Hitler
rises to a seat of adulating power. The Gentiles worship him, feeding the Furor's fury, and millions are led to the slaughter. One third of the Jews are reduced to blood and
ashes. Nations entwined with Babylon
take warning. Repent of her
abominations. Come out of her and be
separate. Come back to your first love. He says, "You shall have no other gods before me."
The wrath and vengeance of our God. He is a jealous God.
He is holy and an all consuming fire.
1948- Israel became "A Nation in a Day." The Fig Tree, Israel, put forth her leaves. "Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see the things, know that it is near - at the doors!" Jesus is speaking with His disciples about the signs of His coming and the end of the age. "Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place." This generation has not passed away yet!
Church Wake up. Church repent. We have had 99 years to take heed to the words of the Lord in Revelation chapters 1-3. John wrote the prophecy of the Revelation of Jesus Christ, so that you would know of the events to come.
Chapters 2 and 3 are for the churches so that they can know how to be ready for Jesus' coming. Five out of the seven churches are exhorted to repent so that they will be found worthy of escape! Have you examined yourself, tested your own heart, of which household of faith you belong? Are you of the faithful house with the open door, or are you of a loveless, compromising, corrupt, dead, or lukewarm church, simply living under grace?
The sun was turned to darkness on August
21, 2017, over Salem, Oregon, simultaneously
with sundown, 7:17pm, in Jerusalem. The setting sun marked the 1st day of Elul 5777. The sunset also marked the first of 40 days of preparation before the most
holy day Yom Kippur, the Day of
Atonement. Elul is for repentance,
remembering, and revelation. Will you cry out to the Holy One that hung
upon a tree and atoned for your sin? Will you remember that dark day when the sun
was blocked out from the 6th to 9th hour? Look up to the Son! For those who do not, only the impending
darkness of judgment remains.
Elul marks the harvest, the
gathering. Be gathered together as a
first fruit of Abraham for the Lord of Hosts.
We are the first of the harvest, the children of promise, born of faith!
Do not wait for the latter harvest. His harvest with a sickle is for the
winepress of his fury and the blood will flow deep.
The path of totality spanned 70 miles
wide, seven Salems under the shadow of its course that arched across the nation. A dark cloud consumed the nation. Watch!
The King of Salem, the King
of Peace is about to take up the shofar and blow the battle cry.
August 21 to September 21 completes one
moon cycle, the new moon of the month of Elul and the new moon of the month of
Tishri. Tishri marks the New Year, also celebrated as the birthday of creation. Tishri is the 7th month, holy unto the Lord, of the
Hebrew Calendar, but the announcement of its crescent moon starts a new civil
year from which all the other months are counted. Hebrew months have alternating 29 and 30
days. Last day of this Hebrew calendar
year is September 20, 2017 or 29 Elul 5777.
“5777” 5 for GRACE and 7 for COMPLETION
Have we come to the completion of the
church age, known as the “Age of Grace”?
The first and second of Tishri is a holy
day, feast of the Lord, the Feast of Trumpets, Rosh Hashanah. This Jewish holy day is the next feast
waiting for Messiah to fulfill. Rosh Hashanah
is His wedding day. The “Last Trumpet”
will be blown for the catching up of His bride, the Church, to His heavenly
chamber for 7 years. Will you be hidden
with Him until the end of the tribulation?
Once the Body of Christ, His spiritual
house, is caught up, departed, He, the Son, no longer restrains the man of
lawlessness to be revealed. The “Last
Trumpet” is also the battle cry, the sound of alarm, the blast to signal the
Day of the Lord.
The “Day of Blowing” has 100 blasts of
the Shofar. The “Last Trumpet” is the
100th Trumpet. Three blasts
in succession three times make nine blasts.
This pattern is repeated eleven times.
Ninety-nine blasts of the curved ram’s horn bowing in repentance, the
trumpeter blows. The Last Trumpet, the
100th trumpet is set apart, long, sustained.
99
years of celebrating the Feast of Trumpets and Day of Blowing since the eclipse
of June 8, 1918.
99th
Rosh Hashanah Day of Blowing on 1 Tishri 5778
since the eclipse of Sivan/Tammuz 5678.
This is this September 21st!
Are you ready for the Last Trumpet for
the Ninety-Nine to be safe in the sheepfold with the Shepherd?
Do not count on waiting for the 100th Feast of Trumpets, for that one is reserved for the ONE which is still lost, the remnant of Israel.
Do not count on waiting for the 100th Feast of Trumpets, for that one is reserved for the ONE which is still lost, the remnant of Israel.
1
Tishri 5778, begins with the setting of the sun on
the 20th of September. Rosh
Hashanah, Feast of Trumpets comes with the first two days of Tishri, September
21 and 22. Can we know the day and the
hour of the Bridegroom? Is not the day
and hour completely unknown? Not
completely, but yes, unknown. Rosh
Hashanah has the idiomatic reference as, the “Day and Hour Unknown.” The time
of celebration of the Feast of Trumpets is hanging on the first sighting of the
new moon. Two Witnesses must announce
the sighting of the new crescent moon to the Sanhedrin and sanctify it for the
official day and hour for Rosh Hashanah. This sanctification of the new moon
sighting is the basis for all the months of the lunar year. Thus, the day and hour of Rosh Hashanah is
set apart, independent from the other lunar months, and as the first month, unknown.
30
Days
Has the Bride made herself ready for the
Bridegroom? Are you watching? Rosh Hashanah is counted 30 days from our sign in the heavens. The moon met the sun “like a bridegroom
coming out of his chamber” Monday morning, August 21st. Will Rosh Hashanah be the “Wedding
of the Messiah” this year 5778? Jesus
began His ministry at the age of 30 at the wedding in Cana. Was He thinking of His own wedding? He had the purification pots filled with
water and then changed them to wine. Have
you been purified by the cup of the New Covenant? The wine signifies Messiah’s blood poured out
for you. Then He washes you with the pure
water of His Word.
33
Days
The sign of Jacob’s Trouble is upon
us. The tribulation is at the
doorstep. For the unbelieving nations,
the sun turned to darkness is a foreshadowing of the violence and darkness
descending over the land. Eclipses are
omens of war and death. 33 days counted
from the eclipse, another sign appears.
The Revelation 12:1-2 sign. At
Jesus’ birth the constellation marked the sky and told the story of a child
born to a virgin, who escaped a jealous king, fleeing to Egypt. This time we see Virgo, Israel, giving birth
to a spiritual child, the Church, the spiritual Body of Christ, the sons and daughters of Israel by adoption, who has been in her womb for 9.5 months in
retrograde motion. The born again child,
the child birthed by the Spirit, is born September 9th, 2017, 99-17. As the child is birthed and before the dragon has a chance to devour her, she is caught up to heaven and hidden. This sign appears in the heavens on September
23rd on the “Day of Awe”.
Will it strike awe in the hearts of men?
Will they see the signs in the heavens?
Will Israel be deceived into believing Messiah is here?
