Convergence Zone

That's the name of the Navy base recreation hall.  One of Gabe's goals while Dad is home was to go bowling at the Convergence Zone.  That goal is now checked.  We also spent the afternoon yesterday playing nine holes of golf in the sunshine!  Here are some favorite pics of how to roll a ball:

Gabe is Baptized

Sunday, April 6th, Gabe felt it was his time to be baptized.  We headed to the pond after the worship and teaching at The Bridge Christian Fellowship.  Pastor Rick was already planning on getting his waders on for a young woman named Carrie.
Going to be baptized!

Tirza

Tirza being groomed on my lap.  Lydia took this photo...  too cute.

On the Chewelah Farm

Marshal and Gabe pruned out the old canes and restrung up the raspberries.

Violets in bloom.

Checking in on the Cabin

"Look Mom.  My dam is still there that I built."

Shoveled out the front door.  Cabin was nice and tight and clean against the pack rats.

Marshal and cousin Steve sealed the cabin up well against the weather and critters last year.

Peek a boo.
Shop was a rat nest.

Headed back out.

A Visit East of the Mountains

Leroy bundled against the evening chill at the farm.

Leroy was figuring out his vest zipper.

Grandpa brought us up some oysters.

Birthday Week

I had breakfast at Tweets in mind since my last birthday, and was not disappointed!  Special spot on Fri, Sat, Sun, in Edison, WA.

Chile Relleno Strata was the best restaurant dish ever, so delicious.

I won the bid on this table, two chairs, shabby chic decor, and german chocolate cake at the Pregnancy Care Clinic annual benefit auction.  I believe I got the sweetest deal of the night too!

Pretty blue and my cheery yellow birth flower blooming.
